We are particular about grilling, which is done after receiving an order. The freshly grilled bonito tataki has a straw aroma and is crispy on the outside, with sashimi inside. Be sure to try the authentic straw-grilled tataki.

Enjoy Tosa's bonito to its fullest with Myojinmaru's straw-grilled tataki. This is the fattest and most delicious part of the bonito. A rare part that can only be taken from a single bonito! Please pardon the case of run out.

We only serve Shimizu mackerel at the end of the morning. When available, we provide extremely fresh mackerel from Tosashimizu, caught in the southernmost waters of Shikoku. This is a rare sashimi that is only sold in the evening (after 6pm) even if it is in stock. The super fresh mackerel is in a class of its own!
