以前から行ってみたかったお寿司屋さん。
たまたま近くにいたので、思いきってランチに行ってみました。
開店と同時に入店。
もちろん予約してなかったのですが、
『13時までだった大丈夫ですよ』と、快くおっしゃって頂いたので、お言葉に甘えて。
おすすめにぎり御膳にしました。

卵焼き&巻物
魚は、熟成寿司でした。
熟成させてあるのはあまり食べたことがなかったので、新しい出会いで、すごく美味しかったです!!
イカは、一貫に60箇所も切り込みを入れてイカの甘みを出してるとか。。
タイラ貝は火を通すと旨味がますので、
軽く片面炙ってますとか。。
座ったのはカウンターでしたので、
お寿司を一貫ずつ出す時に、大将が
そのお寿司の説明していただけるので、
それもすごく楽しかったです。
行って良かったです!
次回は予約して夜に行ってみようと思います。
