半蔵門線 押上駅から徒歩5分、OMAKASEで2週間前に空きを見つけて16時台に伺いました。素材の良さをグッと引き出す絶妙な焼き加減を気に入らない方は少ないと思います。一方、お酒2合を頼んで普通に食べてお会計は約2万円でしたので、この点は評価が分かれる気がします。
料理はおまかせコース(¥8,000〜ストップ制)でコの字カウンターは17席。提供スピードは客の組ごとに調整されていたと思います。串を長い間お皿に置かれている方もいましたが、熱いうちにどんどん頂いていた自分はいつの間にか先客を抜いてました。
1串目のささみさび焼きはほんのりレアで焼き加減が気に入りました。2串目の血肝は外側はパリっと内側は柔らかく濃厚。この時点で「何を戴いても美味しいだろうな」と言う予感。以降は焼き鳥と焼き野菜が交互で、銀杏、砂肝、オクラ、手羽、厚揚げ、薬研軟骨、うずら…等々。焼き野菜も美味しかったです。
出ていない串が10種類程あるところでストップ。締めに選んだそぼろ丼ハーフは温かいそぼろとご飯の上に敷かれた刻み海苔が調和していて美味。ここでちょうど2時間です。
少し照明が落とされている店内は良い雰囲気。お店の方の目配りも素晴らしいですが ”おまかせ・ストップ制”は食べたいものが決まっている人には少し辛いかも。
