娘と2人でカウンター席でいただきました。
静かな落ち着いた雰囲気。
大きなお皿に少量の盛り付け。
美味しい。
丁度食べ終える頃に絶妙なタイミングで次の皿。

温かいパイ生地の上にチーズのアイスを乗せた料理は温かいサクサクのパイと冷たいチーズが口の中で混ざり合い面白い。そして色々な食材の味も混ざり合い美味しい。
サワラは絶妙なレアな焼き加減だけでなく程よく熟成していて旨味が最大限に引き出されています。
榊山牛もホロホロと柔らかくソースと相まって旨味が押し寄せます。
素材へのこだわりと料理を提供するタイミング、美味しさを逃さない調理。
質の高いフレンチがいただけました。
hirotoさんて下の名前かと思っていましたが、廣戸さんと言う苗字でした。
廣戸さんは最初寡黙で真剣に調理に集中されていたので怖い人かと思いましたが、話してみると気さくで料理に真摯に取り組んでいる事が伝わってきました。
