こちらの手打ち蕎麦はとにかく香りが良い。
そして普通の水を使っての極細手打ち手切り。
凄まじい技術レベル。
切りについてはあの郡山の名店でも及ばないレベルとなります。
最も蕎麦が草臥れる八月でこの仕上げですから、親方の感性、知識、そして技術レベルはここ福島でも指折り。
今までは白河の老舗に遠慮されていたらしい。
