眺めは最高です。東京駅を上から眺める夜景は格別です。
料理も最高です。最初に出てきた白子のフリットにトマトを合わせるアイデアは、カプレーゼをイメージさせる驚きでした.新鮮な鮮魚をキャビアと合わせ、最後にフォアグラでアンチパストを終了。
プリモはちょっと辛めのペペロンチーノ、蟹とカラスミで濃くなるかと思いきや、カブとネギで柔らかく甘くマイルドに。驚くバランス感覚です。最後はお肉で〆ですが、赤身の美味なお肉でした。塩付けるだけでオッケー。
ドルチェは熟した洋梨に液体窒素を注ぎ、混ぜ混ぜしながらシャーベットに、シンプルだけどめちゃウマでした。
どの料理も質よく、バランス良く、大変満足いくものでしたし、フロアについても仕事はキチンとしていて丁寧であり、いいお店だなと感動しました。また行きたいですね。
