久しぶりお邪魔しました。
白石区にある【くりや】さん
こだわり、創作性、美味しさ、見せ方を知ってらっしゃるご主人。
わたしの中でも、隠れた名店です。
現在は12000円コース
おまかせの1本のみ。
数年前にお邪魔した時と同様に
ご主人の熱意が伝わる品々でした。
そもそも、食に対するこだわりが
凄いご主人。
和洋中食べ歩き、いろいろな要素を日々勉強なさっておりますね。
さらには
今や、札幌市内の鮨ランキングも
トップ10入りしており
まだまだ、進化を遂げるお寿司屋さんではないでしょうか?
カウンターだけの
1回転のみです。
予約もなかなか取りづらくなってきておりますが
行く価値ありありですね♪
