先週の#メタボディナー は、寿したけうち。
北新地の雑居ビルの地下にありますこちらのお店は、おまかせコース1本で営業されてるお鮨屋さん。18時と20時30分の2回転、カウンター7席のみの隠れ家的お店ですね。
さて、スターターはカニの茶碗蒸しから。いきなり蒸し物から来てびっくりですが、優しいダシの味とカニの味で癒されますなぁ。
お造りはヒラメ。しっかりとした弾力がある身で、お塩で食べると甘くて旨いっすなぁ。
グジのしゃぶしゃぶ。白身のグジにダシの味が相まってしみじみ旨い。
白子。口直しにピッタリなぐらい甘い。白子というより生クリーム?(笑)
アテに、あん肝・ナスの煮びたし・明石のタコ煮。

デザートには、ラ・フランスとティラミス。
握りのシャリは、ブレンド酢を使い硬めのシャリ。このシャリが、ネタの良さをより引き上げてます。
これで@18,700円。このクオリティで、また北新地の立地で、この値段設定はお安いのでは?
寿司おおはた出身の大将が握るハイクオリティなお鮨、ボーナスが出たら、自分へのご褒美でまた来たいお店でした!
