北陸出張2日目の夜
とある会の恐らく特別メニュー。
加賀料理は美味しさはもちろんだが、見た目も美しい。
石川県の乾杯条例により、福光屋さんの黒帯(日本酒)で乾杯(富山も一緒)‼︎旨い。初めて飲んだけど黒帯、旨い。
当然お料理は全て美味しかったが、1番印象に残ったのは能登牛の治部煮風。治部煮は通常鴨肉が使われるがそれを地元のブランド牛、能登牛で。
お肉は柔らかく、すだれ麩に味がとろみのあるわさびの効いた出汁が良く合う。
美味しゅうございました♪
