久しぶりぶりに丸和さんへ来ました(*^^*)
朝9:00開店直後訪店

たたき1枚!
たたきは1枚売り。
知覧鶏の冷凍品でしたね(*^^*)
コチラは後日カットして食べましたが
炭の香ばしさもありウマウマ〜!
ほぼ1人で食べたのでかなりの食べ応えw
ぶつなどの揚げものはオーダーを受けてから
揚げるので少し待ちます…じゅわわー
からあげを揚げる音って最高ですね〜
何ならイヤホンで音も独り占めしたい((´∀`*))
暖簾の隙間から、厨房の仕込の様子が見える。
生々しい鶏さんを中華包丁で『スターン!!
スターン!』と1羽、また1羽と、手際よく
骨ごと断ち切っていきます。ぶつですね。
いやー、我々ホントに命いただいてるな(´・ω・`;)
からあげの旬は油から揚げて5分で終わる。
なので、揚げたてを車でパクっ!!
じゅわわー!!はい、ヤケドww
うめー!!
スパイスがガッチリ効いているのに、その
スパイスには決して支配されず、
鶏の旨味が口の中で大爆発ッ!!
