SNMZ師匠が、リニューアルした"夏見詣で"をしたいという事で、ご一緒させていただきました。
徳島市郊外にひっそりと佇み、落ち着いた雰囲気で日本料理が美味しい楽しく味わえます。

まずはキリンラガービールで乾杯!暑い日の乾いた喉を潤してくれます。
前菜の鮑は柔らかく蒸されて、海苔の風味の芋茎のお浸しと一緒にいただきました。蛸の小豆煮も柔らかく初めていただきました。師匠曰く、日本料理ではよく出るとの事でした。
お造りは白身の鳴門鯛、天然ひらめ、真ゴチ、弾力と身の甘みを感じます。
前菜の器、お造りの器、草木を使って夏の木陰の涼しさをも感じました。
お椀は鱧鍋を取り分けたイメージで作っています。蓋を開けると松茸の香りがふわっと広がってホッとさせてくれます。
自分好みの日本酒も、料理に合った日本酒も選んでいただき美味しくいただいております。
阿波牛しゃぶしゃぶ、うなぎ、フォアグラと夏バテを吹き飛ばしてくれます。
春のお料理、夏のお料理といただきましたので、次回は秋のお料理を楽しみにしたいと思います。
