2回目の訪問となりますが、ゲストは円形のカウンターにまず驚かれていました。
全て調理はオープンキッチンで披露されるので前のめりに次の料理を楽しんでおられました。
料理は小鉢に少しずつが繰り返されますが、どれも下仕事をしっかりされており、創作性豊富で楽しめること間違いなし。
新潟らしくラストはお米シリーズですが、牛丼、リゾット風おじやなど、〆までワクワク続きます。
