親が福井に来るというので、一席設けることに。いろいろ検討した結果、福井の旬をいろいろ味わえるだろうと思い、ミシュランビブグルマンにもなっているこちらの望月(ぼうげつ)さんに。以前親に、福井に来たときはご馳走するといった手前、奮発して、望月コース9900円を予約。(ほかにも7700円や5500円のコースもあります。)
カウンターに座ると、手書きのウェルカムメッセージと本日の献立表が置いてあります。温かいおもてなしに期待が高まります。

料理は、1品1品でてきますが、大将が提供するタイミングを計っているようで、良いタイミングで出され、若いスタッフさんたちの接客も丁寧でした。
1品1品は、量は多いものではありませんが、これだけでるとさすがにお腹いっぱいになります。
アラカルトメニューも思ったほど高くない値段でしたので、通常はほかのコースにしてお好みで追加でもいいかもしれないですね。
ミシュランビブグルマンのビブグルマンとは調べてみると「価格以上の満足感が得られるお店」
とのこと。まさに価格以上に満足できるお店でした。大将と女将さんに外までお見送りいただきごちそうさまでした。ここぞという時があれば、ぜひまた使いたいと思います。
