いずれも絶妙な塩味で日本酒との相性が良い。料理提供のタイミングも良かった。もし、欲を言えばお料理に相性の良い日本酒のコースがあるともっとお料理を楽しめて良いかも。久々に完全に満足の出来るお料理でした。ご馳走様でした。
