2016年4月に再訪。
前回があまりに良かったので、やはり伺いたくなりました!
初回訪問時
久しぶりにフレンチでも、と思いお店を探していたのですが、こちらのお店が目にとまりました。
フレンチもスパニッシュも望む方向は同じかな、ということでこちらに訪問。
こちらのお店はカウンターが一番いいように思います。
シェフズテーブルを思わせるカウンターは本多シェフ自らお料理を出して説明もしてくださりますし、隣との間隔も広く、雰囲気がとてもいいです。
何よりお料理が出来上がる過程を見るのが楽しい。お肉なんかはぶどうの茎をくべて燻すような焼き方をするんです。
もちろんお料理も素晴らしい。
気軽に行けるお店ではないですが、また機会を見つけて行きたいです。
